Annapurna Circuit Trek

Overview Location

The Annapurna Circuit Trek is a famous and most varied trekking route in Nepal. It surrounds the Annapurna Massif, among other sights, including alpine areas, arid high-altitude deserts, and subtropical woodlands. The walking might be between 160 kilometers and 230 kilometers depending on where you start and finish. When the trail makes its way to its highest point at 5, 416 meters (17, 769 feet), it ascends to the famous Thorong La Pass, one of the world’s highest trekking passes. You may have to walk at around 160 kilometers or more depending on where you start and finish the trip. Jeep routes can reduce the trekking distance in some places, but it usually takes 14 to 20 days in total. Exit Kathmandu; arrive in Besisahar or Bhulbhule and drive to Jomsom, Tatopani, or Pokhara. Somewhat unremarked about, the abrupt changes in climate, vegetation, and culture in the Annapurna Circuit are the abrupt change in climate, vegetation, and culture. Its course involves beautiful river valleys, Buddhist settlements, Hindu temples, and isolated monasteries. The best times to trek are spring (March–May) and fall (September–November), due to clear skies and stable weather.
