Overview Location
The Rolwaling Valley Trek – a remote and stunning Himalayan trip, could be the most spectacular trek in Nepal. In the Valleys of Nepal, we trek into largely untouched wilderness. And as you trek, you will be climbing the great peak Gauri Shankar (7,134m), a sacred peak to both Hindus and Buddhist. The Rolwaling Valley is located near the Everest and Langtang regions and is home to Tsho Rolpa (a classic alpine lake) and the spectacular high -resolution Tashi Lapchha Pass (at 5,755m) into the Everest region (which is an option if you extend). The Rolwaling trek is far less travelled than the other trekking routes and is ideal for solo trekkers (expect for the holiday times when there could be others) and is raw with natural beauty and full cultural immersion experiences. The Rolwaling Valley Trek is great trekking for experienced trekkers as it embodies a true Himalayan expedition experience!
